‘Bomb, A Love Story’ is screening at Middle East Now Film Festival in Italy.

‘Bomb, A Love Story’ is screening at the Middle East Now Film Festival in Italy.

Directed by Peyman Maadi, the film screens at the Feature Films section of the event.

The film depicts romance in the war-stricken Iran in the late 80s.

It is about Tehran, the Iranian capital, under bomb attacks with terror prevails in the city. The movie shows how love and emotions, life and hope can wash away the horrific image of the war.

Based on a ealier ifilm report, the festival is to honor renowned Iranian director Asghar Farhadi, screening a lineup of his films.

Other Iranian movies that are to be screened at the festival are ‘Finding Farideh’, ‘Hendi & Hormonz’, ‘Radiography of a Family’, ‘I Stay’, ‘Bavani’ and ‘Waterfolks’.

The list goes on with ‘Tehran, City of Love’, ‘High Dive’, ‘Cold Candle’, ‘Bystander’ and ‘Carnet de Route’.

The 10th edition of the Middle East Now festival is currently underway, beginning on April 2, 2019 in the Italian city of Florence and will run until April 7.
